What is Copilot Academy?
Copilot Academy is a Dutch AI training company in The Hague. Founded in 2024 by Robert Vos and Casimir Morreau. We train teams in Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI skills, on-site or online.
What we do

- AI literacy e-learning for EU AI Act compliance.
- AI Skills Program: five weeks, from zero to daily use.

Copilot Academy was founded in 2024 by Robert Vos and Casimir Morreau.

Co-founder
Robert has been designing and delivering training since 2014. He built the AI Skills Program and has trained 2,500+ professionals at 100+ organizations (including BNG Bank, Schiphol, and VodafoneZiggo).
Casimir Morreau
Co-founder
Casimir spent eighteen years in digital strategy before AI upended the field. Previously Professor of Branding & Digital Strategy at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.

Essential AI knowledge for every employee, grounded in the European AI Act. In 60 minutes your team will know how to use AI safely and responsibly. Scales from 100 to 10,000+ people.
Microsoft Copilot Fundamentals
Build the foundation to work independently with AI. In two workshops and a coaching session you'll master the 4 prompt building blocks and set up your personal AI work environment.
Copilot Skills Online Training
Online AI training for 40-75 participants per cohort. Up to four cohorts parallel per week, each with a dedicated facilitator plus assistant team.
AI Workflow Training
Pick a workflow you do regularly, build a complete AI workspace around it, and leave with tested prompts for every step.
AI Knowledge Base Training
Build a working AI knowledge base for your team in 4 hours. You'll inventory sources, make documents AI-readable, and test with real work questions.
Copilot Excel & Data Training
Learn to use AI for data analysis and Excel work, from generating formulas to analyzing datasets and creating visualizations.
