What is Copilot Academy?
Copilot Academy is a Dutch AI training company in The Hague. Founded in 2024 by Robert Vos and Casimir Morreau. We train teams in Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI skills, on-site or online.
What we do
Five kinds of work:
- Copilot training: fundamentals, workflow, knowledge base, prompting.
- AI literacy e-learning for EU AI Act compliance.
- AI Skills Program: five weeks, from zero to daily use.
- In-company programs, 10 to 1000+ people.

Copilot Academy was founded in 2024 by Robert Vos and Casimir Morreau.

Co-founder
Robert has been designing and delivering training since 2014. He built the AI Skills Program and has trained 2,500+ professionals at 150+ organizations (including BNG Bank, Schiphol, and VodafoneZiggo).
Casimir Morreau
Co-founder
Casimir spent eighteen years in digital strategy before AI upended the field. Previously Professor of Branding & Digital Strategy at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.

Microsoft Copilot Fundamentals
Build the foundation to work independently with AI. In two workshops and a coaching session you'll master the 4 prompt building blocks and set up your Copilot workspace for better results.
Copilot Skills Online Training
Online AI training for 40-75 participants per cohort. Up to four cohorts parallel per week, each with a dedicated facilitator plus assistant team.

Build workflows with Copilot: use your context and sources the right way and work step by step toward the result you need.
Copilot Agents
You leave with a working Copilot agent built on a task from your own work, ready to use.
Copilot Cowork
Delegate a real work task to Copilot, stay in control, and capture your method in a skill you can use again.
AI Workflow
For knowledge workers who want to accelerate a workflow with AI: you build a complete work folder around your own process and leave with tested prompts for every step.
AI Knowledge Base
You build the knowledge base AI draws on, and test twice whether it works. The difference between test 1 and test 2 is the proof.
