Prices exclude VAT
The price on the website or in the quote excludes VAT. Access to the leerhub, digital training materials and a certificate of participation are included by default.
You pay within 30 days of the invoice date
We invoice after confirming the training. The payment term is 30 days from the invoice date.
Cancelling an open training
Free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start date. Between 4 weeks and 1 week before the start, you pay 50% of the amount. Within 1 week, or if you do not show up, you pay the full amount.
Cancelling an incompany training
Free of charge up to 6 weeks before the start date. Between 6 and 3 weeks before the start, you pay 50% of the agreed amount. Within 3 weeks, you pay the full amount.
Rescheduling a training day
Up to 4 weeks before the planned date, we reschedule for free in consultation. After that, the same ladder as cancellation applies: 50% between 4 weeks and 1 week, the full amount within 1 week.
Replacing a participant with a colleague
That is always possible, for any training. Let us know before the training starts.
Group size and leerhub access
An open training has a maximum of 15 participants per group. After the training, you keep access to the leerhub and its materials for 6 months.
The certificate of participation
You receive a digital certificate as proof of participation. It is not an official accreditation or diploma.
