Joris is a learning & development consultant, trainer and coach with over 25 years of experience in communication, customer contact, leadership and professional development. He strengthens the impact of professionals and teams with clear language and a practical approach, translating learning goals into visible behaviour in everyday work.

In recent years he added a strong specialisation in AI. For Joris, learning to use AI is not a technical challenge but a matter of changing behaviour, and that is where his craft begins. At Copilot Academy he makes AI understandable for non-techies and shows how it makes work more concrete and faster. Participants in his trainings work with their own tasks and documents, because people don't change through explanation, they change by experiencing that it works.

Joris uses AI as a means, never as a goal in itself. He is at his best with groups where AI still feels new and daunting: his background in coaching and group dynamics helps take away hesitation and makes sure what people learn is actually used on Monday morning.
