Running one process differently is a start. In the team program you lay the AI foundation for your team: core processes redesigned, a shared knowledge base and clear working agreements for working with AI. Your own champions keep it going, and we step back with each sprint.

How it works

Three sprints back to back, each around one work process. The difference is in who leads.

Sprint 1 We guide, the team works alongside us.
Sprint 2 The team leads, we steer.
Sprint 3 The team runs it itself, we coach.

Alongside the sprints we build what goes beyond any single process: a shared team knowledge base, working agreements on quality and use, and one or two champions who bring colleagues along.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to do a sprint first?

That is the usual route: the sprint proves the method on one process, the program turns it into a way of working. If you already know exactly where you want to go, we can start straight away.

What does it ask of my team?

The same rhythm as the sprint: one fixed day a week. Who is in the lead differs per phase; the team does more and more itself.
