Can we start with this straight away?

The track leans on champions who already have the method in hand. That is why almost everyone starts with a sprint or a team program.

How do you hold the quality as champions take over?

With a fixed rhythm: we sit in on the start and the demo of each sprint, and coach the champions in between. Only once a team delivers quality independently do we step back.
