The training is done. Now the work. In four weeks your team redesigns a single work process, with a deliberately chosen role for AI. By the end it runs, and the team can do it themselves.

How it works

One fixed day a week on site, guided by an experienced trainer-consultant. In between, the team applies everything directly in the real work.

1 · Focus Map the work processes and choose one together. You sign off on the goal and scope. One chosen work process, clear quality criteria
2 · Build context We make the knowledge that drives the work AI-readable: sources, templates, terminology. An organized knowledge base in your own environment
3 · Redesign The team redraws the process: what AI does as groundwork, where the human decides. Reusable prompts for each step. The new work process, ready to test
4 · Test and demo Run on real tasks, refine, demo to the client and colleagues. A working process, plus agreements to maintain it

Frequently asked questions

Does my team need to have done a training first?

No. Many teams start after our foundational training, but the sprint has its own kick-off in which we level the knowledge.

What does it ask of my team?

One fixed day a week, for four weeks, for two to four team members. Plus the willingness to really test the new work process in daily work.

What if the chosen work process turns out not to fit?

We see that in week 1, which is why we start there. We then choose a better process together; the fit check is part of the program.
