AI skills across fifteen countries
Five sessions in five weeks for more than 200 employees. On-site in Amsterdam and Ålesund, online for sales and marketing teams from Korea to Mexico. Closed with a strategic session and a short report for leadership.

One program across two countries, without putting work on hold
Stokke wanted people in several parts of the business to get better at using AI at the same time: the Amsterdam office, the headquarters in Ålesund, and sales and marketing teams across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.
The question was how to run one coherent program in five weeks across two countries, four departments per country and a globally distributed network, then end with something leadership could actually use.

Five sessions, two countries, one report
One continuous program, not a set of separate trainings. Every group worked from the same core material, adapted for their context and language. The closing strategic session wasn't an end point. It was the start of real depth.
Amsterdam on-site
4 groups, 1 day
Four groups, two trainers working together, morning and afternoon. The work started with AI fundamentals and prompting frameworks, then moved straight into real tasks.
Online cohorts
Global
Microsoft Teams sessions for sales and marketing teams across EMEA, APAC and the Americas. The same core material as on-site, adapted for a virtual format with breakouts and live chat prompts.
Ålesund on-site
4 groups, 1 day
The Amsterdam setup, repeated at the headquarters in Norway. Two trainers working together, four groups, morning and afternoon.
Strategic session
Leadership · 2 hours
A two-hour follow-up with senior staff the day after Ålesund. Working backwards from one question: where do we want to be twelve months from now? From there, the group named first owners and first actions.

What was in place after five weeks
- More than 200 employees in fifteen countries reached through one coherent program, spanning Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain and Innovation
- A readable basis for leadership, with recommendations that hold up regardless of which tool is chosen and that point a direction without forcing a finished plan
- Concrete first use cases per department, small enough to test within weeks and suitable for scaling whatever proves to work
