Who is this training for?

For organizations that need to train a lot of people at once. Whole departments in a month, or an organization-wide AI adoption you manage centrally.

This is an online variant of our AI Skills Fundamentals, adapted for larger groups. Same learning goals, different approach. More people at once, lower per-head cost, less individual attention. Pick this variant when breadth matters more than depth, and when your per-person budget has to stay under EUR 150.

Up to 1200 people per month

You can run four cohorts in parallel per week, each with 40-75 participants and a dedicated facilitator plus assistant team. That is 300 participants per week. In a month we train 1200 people this way, with no quality drop per session.

Each cohort gets two 2-hour sessions, a week apart. You can schedule them in parallel across different days and teams, or sequentially if you want to pilot the format first.

At 10 cohorts or more the per-participant price drops to EUR 89. That is how organizations like Dura Vermeer (3 cohorts of 45) have used this format.

How the sessions run

Two online sessions, two hours each, with a 15-minute break halfway. The first session covers how AI models work, where they break, and the four prompt building blocks (Task, Context, Role, Format). Live demos alternate with chat polls and a prompt exercise on participants’ own work.

The second session covers the AI work environment. The 3-folder model (Prompt Library, Projects, My Context) and 5-6 person breakout rooms, where participants write their first context document. The assistant moves between rooms, the facilitator reviews results in the main room.

Between the two sessions participants practice in their own work. That is where the real learning happens.

After the cohort training

For teams that want to go deeper there is the AI Skills Fundamentals on-site, or the AI Workflow training for one specific work process.

In practice: start broad with the cohort training for your whole population, then schedule deep-dive sessions for the people who want to run with it. Usually 10 to 20 percent of the first group.

I can't imagine working without AI now, and that's exactly what I was hoping to get out of this course.

Frequently asked questions

How large is a cohort?
Between 40 and 75 participants per cohort. Below 40 the format loses its advantage over the on-site Fundamentals course. Above 75 the chat and breakouts get unmanageable, even with an assistant.
How many people can you train per month?
Running four cohorts parallel per week, you train 300 participants per week, or 1200 per month. Each cohort gets a dedicated facilitator plus assistant team, and its own Teams channel. This format is built for organizations that want to put their whole knowledge-worker population through AI training in a couple of months.
Online or on-site?
Online only, via Teams or Zoom. That is deliberate. Breakout rooms, chat polls and live demos scale better online than on-site. For groups under 15 we recommend the AI Skills Fundamentals delivered on-site.
How is this different from the Fundamentals course?
Fundamentals is on-site, 7 hours contact time, for 12-15 participants, with lots of individual practice. That costs around EUR 233 per participant. The online cohort variant is 4 hours, for 40-75 participants, from EUR 89 per participant. Same learning goals, different approach.
Who leads the sessions?
Each cohort gets a facilitator who presents and runs the demos, plus an assistant who handles tech, breakouts and chat. Without that second person a group of 75 becomes unworkable.
What does an online cohort training cost?
The price depends on cohort size and total number of cohorts. From EUR 3,500 per cohort at 40 participants, up to about EUR 7,500 at 75 participants. At 10 cohorts or more the per-participant price drops to EUR 89.
Do participants get materials?
Yes. Everyone gets the context document template, a prompt library with 20+ examples, 6 months of access to the Learning Hub and a certificate of completion. Sessions are recorded and shared with the group.
Is there follow-up after the two sessions?
Optionally. Two or three weeks after the second session you can schedule a coaching hour where participants ask questions and refine their prompts. For cohorts above 50 we split it into two groups. Add-on price EUR 500 per session.
In which language is the training delivered?
Dutch or English. Identical in content, with materials and recordings in the chosen language. Mixed-language groups are delivered in English.
